Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Zero-Knowledge Identity Preservation

YieldRouter is designed to decouple physical identity credentials from public distributed ledger data. During self-attestation via compliance verifiers, all documents, tax information, and personal attributes are processed strictly off-chain.

No passport numbers, address files, or personal identifiers are written to the YieldRouter smart contracts or event records. The on-chain register stores only the cryptographic signature hash certifying that the user matches verifier conditions.

2. Public Ledger Transparency

Your transaction history, deposit amounts, yield accruals, and strategy withdrawals are processed natively on public networks (including Arc Testnet). By choosing to interact with our smart contracts, you acknowledge that all wallet address balances and transaction hashes are publicly queryable.

3. Verifier Services Data Handling

When utilizing third-party verifiers in the Compliance Pool, your data handling is governed by their respective privacy terms. Verifiers are required by contract to delete PII data immediately after verifying validity and signing the attestation payload.
