Terms of Service

1. Protocol Strategy Risk Disclosures
YieldRouter is a smart contract routing system deployed on experimental testnet chains. Placing stablecoins (USDC/EURC) in yield vaults involves high financial and technical risk, including smart contract bugs, third-party lending pool insolvency, or oracle failure.
2. Waterfall Loss Distribution rules
The protocol employs a structured tranche hierarchy to segregate risk. Junior tranche depositors bear the primary burden of capital losses in target strategy pools, protecting the Senior and Mezzanine tranches up to the parameters defined in the contract logic.
Under no circumstances does YieldRouter guarantee stablecoin returns or principal protection outside of the programmatic waterfall constraints on-chain.
3. Jurisdictional Constraints
Users are strictly required to ensure their participation complies with local laws. Access is gated by the Compliance Registry, and any attempt to circumvent verifier gates using invalid credential payloads is a breach of these Terms.
